Booking Terms and Conditions

By booking a session with Adaptive Labs, you agree to the following:

Bookings & Payment
Sessions must be booked in advance via the online booking system or by agreement. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made within 24 hours may incur a fee or be forfeited.

Session Delivery
Sessions may be delivered online or face-to-face, as agreed at the time of booking.

Face-to-Face Sessions (Client Location)

Where sessions are delivered onsite at a client location, the client is responsible for providing a suitable space. This includes a private, quiet environment free from interruption, appropriate for coaching or development work.

Late Arrival
Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Late arrival may reduce the length of your session.

Non-Attendance (No-Show)
Failure to attend a booked session without notice may result in the session being forfeited.

Client Responsibility
Coaching and development sessions are most effective when clients actively engage and take responsibility for applying insights in their own context.

Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are treated as confidential, in line with our Privacy Policy.

No Guaranteed Outcomes
While our work is designed to strengthen capability and performance, outcomes will vary depending on individual and organisational factors.

Changes by Adaptive Labs
Adaptive Labs reserves the right to reschedule sessions where necessary, with reasonable notice provided.
